When I export Rovo insights as a CSV file, each daily record includes a top_agent_id column. However, I'm unable to identify which agent this ID corresponds to.
Is there a way to map the top_agent_id values to agent names or other identifying information?
Any guidance on resolving these ID references would be helpful.
