How do I make an agent available to users in JSM ? I've created it but don't see it in JSM.

@John Mahony To use a Rovo agent in JSM, it must be published with JSM channel access. In Studio, open the agent → Visibility → enable Jira Service Management. Your org admin also needs to allow Rovo for JSM in product settings. Once both are on, the agent appears in the AI menu in requests.

@Dr Valeri Colon _Connect Centric_ Are you on a preview where Service Agents (Portal-view; target group = Customer) and Rovo (Agent-view; Licensed users only) have merged already?

On my sites, Rovo Agents and Virtual Service Agents are still two separate things.

Hi @John Mahony and welcome to the Community,

what type of agent did you create? A Service Agent or a Rovo Agent? Where do you expect to "see" it? In the portal? In the agent view?
