How can I cancel billing of standart?

I don't want to charge, please help me to cancel subscription of standart rovodev. I can't find any remove or cancel subscription of rovodev standart plan, Atlassian is just cheat me at all, Atlassian is cheating on me, how can I cancel my billing? Atlassian is not responding to me, I can't contact them, and the support is very bad, they don't understand what I want.

@Muhammadjon Saidov sorry you’re running into this—this is frustrating, but you’re not stuck. Rovo Dev billing is managed via Atlassian Admin, not inside Rovo itself:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com
  2. Select your site
  3. Go to Billing → Manage subscriptions
  4. Find Rovo Dev / AI subscription
  5. Cancel or downgrade

If you don’t see it, you likely need Billing Admin access. If it still doesn’t appear, open a ticket at support.atlassian.com → Billing (this is required for some Rovo plans).

Hi, I'm a paying RovoDev customer with valid billing on file, and I'd like to raise a serious concern.

I've been using the Claude Sonnet 4.6 tier, but the responses I'm getting feel noticeably weaker in reasoning, depth, and overall quality — more consistent with Claude Haiku 4.5 than Sonnet 4.6. I strongly suspect I'm not being served the model I'm paying for.

This is a significant issue. I'm paying a premium for Sonnet 4.6 and expect to receive exactly that. If the correct model is not being delivered as advertised, I'd like to request a full refund.

Could you please investigate and confirm which model is actually being used on my account? And if this is indeed a mismatch, I'd appreciate a prompt refund. Thank you.
