Hi @zhiru cao

IDE access requires a paid Rovo Dev Standard subscription; it is unavailable during a Rovo Dev Standard trial. The official setup flow also specifically requires generating a Rovo Dev-scoped token through the VS Code sign-in flow.

The most likely causes are an incorrectly scoped token or a proxy/firewall blocking the request. See if it helps

Hi @zhiru cao

Status page looks alright. So its not wider incident issue.

It looks VS Code can’t reach it. The extension itself loaded, but its supporting process is unreachable.

Can you check ?

  • VPN, proxy, firewall, or corporate network blocking it
  • Expired/invalid Atlassian sign-in session
  • The Rovo Dev extension process crashed or got stuck after an update
  • A corrupted extension installation/cache

Try Restart Process, then start a new Rovo chat. If it persists, reload VS Code, sign out/in to Atlassian, and check whether your network/VPN permits Rovo Dev connections.

Glad to know and well done for sorting out. So I take this as corrupted cache?

Cheers
