Does the Rovo Dev Standard Trial (not free trial) allow access to Rovo Dev in the IDE?

I need some updated information on the Rovo Dev Standard Trial. Does the 30 day trial allow access to Rovo Dev in the IDE?

I have seen the documentation that is several months old and is says the CLI and IDE are not available. It also says there is a Free Trial, and I know that is not true.

On July 20, 2026, if I was to start a 30 trial of Rovo Dev, will the developers be able to use Rovo Dev in the IDE?
