Good morning unfortunately today, this is a barrier the messages sent by Rovo agents to Microsoft Teams are delivered as plain text, so Teams does not render Markdown (bold, lists, formatted links) in this specific flow.
This means that, even if the agent “writes” using Markdown syntax, the content arrives in Teams without rich formatting, and links appear only as text.
At the moment, there is no configuration in Rovo that enables Markdown rendering directly in messages sent to Teams.

@Soojae Kang Short answer: no, not reliably. Rovo doesn’t control how formatting renders in MS Teams. When a Rovo agent sends content to Teams (typically via a connector or action), it’s passed as plain text payload, and Teams only supports limited formatting unless you use Adaptive Cards or specific message schemas. So even if you prompt for Markdown, it often gets stripped. For richer formatting, you’d need Teams-native formatting (via Power Automate, webhooks, or cards), not Rovo alone.
