Within Confluence, there is an app called "Questions for Confluence." After doing some testing, it looks like Rovo is not including any of the Q&A in its response, even if the answer is marked as the correct answer. Rovo Chat had a similar response to Rovo Search. Obviously, it would be helpful to update documentation within Confluence using the answer provided in Questions for Confluence, but until that can be done, I would expect Rovo to include results from Questions for Confluence.
Has anyone else found a way to get Rovo to include Questions for Confluence in the AI search results or chat?
Interesting question, I’ve noticed something similar while testing Rovo as well. It seems like it prioritizes standard Confluence content over app-based Q&A, which can be limiting. Hopefully Atlassian considers integrating “Questions for Confluence” more deeply into Rovo results, since it could really improve knowledge sharing. Curious to see if anyone has found a workaround in the meantime.
@Jessica Wernham Rovo doesn’t index Questions for Confluence today. It only ingests native Confluence pages and supported apps; Questions stores content in its own data model, so it’s invisible to Search and Chat. There’s no workaround yet. If you want it indexed, add a feature request—this one is already gaining traction.
