I'm not able to connect Rovo in Slack with my atlassian acocunt.
The Rovo in Slack asks me to Sign up. When I click on the button it opens atlassian login page but with incorrect email address being prefilled. The login page offers "or continue with" option to sign in using SSO account. So I click on "Microsoft" and successfully log in.
After the log in there is no change of state in Rovo bot in Slack. It still keeps telling me I need to "Sign up".
When I hover over the "Sign up" button I can see following link `https://id.atlassian.com/signup?email=user@wrongdomain.com` with incorrect domain.
What can I do?
Hi @Jakub Tušan welcome to the community
This error occurs because probably your primary Slack email doesn't match your Atlassian account email, causing Rovo to generate a sign-up link for the wrong domain.
Have your Slack admin verify that your primary Slack email matches your Atlassian address. Once corrected, revoke the Rovo Slack entry under your Atlassian Account → Connected Apps, then complete the sign-up process again in an incognito window. If the emails already match and the error persists, contact Atlassian Support privately to fix the identity mapping.
Best,
Arek🤠
