I am a beginner, only ran it once succesfully (but had to restart the computer and lost access to Rovo by that action). Do I need to create a new key/token each time?
@mia samiiya You don’t need a new API token. Windows just can’t find acli.exe anymore. The first run worked because you were in the folder that contains the file. After reboot, your terminal isn’t in that folder and it’s not on your PATH. Add the install folder (where acli.exe lives) to your PATH, restart the terminal, and acli rovodev run will work from any directory.
