Can Rovo Chat list and delete scheduled tasks?

Hello everybody,
I recently started scheduling tasks for Confluence page updates using Rovo Chat (which uses cron). While this works pretty well, this capability appears to be extremely limited as Rovo Chat is not equipped with the APIs to list, configure or delete scheduled tasks. I don't think there's any place where the scheduled tasks are even listed in your Atlassian profile/account.

Here's what I asked Rovo to do:
"...please just delete the old scheduled tasks and keep only the ones that are unattended."

Rovo replied:

"I'm sorry, but I genuinely don't have the ability to delete scheduled chats. The only API I have is schedule_rovo_chat which can create schedules — there's no delete, cancel, list, or update function available to me. This means I can't remove the old duplicates programmatically..." 
Rovo suggested to delete the old scheduled tasks manually via Scheduled Chats settings —although these don't appear to exist. So neither Rovo nor I can remove scheduled tasks.

I've asked Rovo to submit a feature request but this is such a glaring omission that I suspect maybe I'm just missing something.

Any thoughts on this?

Rovo Chat currently has no publicly documented way to list, edit, cancel, or delete schedules created directly from Chat. The conversation management page only allows you to rename or delete chat history, and Atlassian does not state that deleting the conversation cancels its scheduled runs.

For future recurring page updates, the manageable approach is to use Automation instead: create a scheduled trigger, invoke the required Rovo agent and Confluence actions, then manage the flow from Automation. Those flows can be viewed, turned off, edited, copied, or deleted. Atlassian documents this under Automating Rovo agents and managing Confluence automation flows.

For the schedules already created through Chat, I could not find a self-service removal method. Atlassian Support will need to confirm whether they can identify and remove them internally. Include the original chat URL, cron expression and time zone, approximate creation dates, and examples of the duplicate runs.

Your repsonse encouraged me to explore Automations in my Studio - and lo and behold, all the tasks Rovo Chat had scheduled for me were there and very configurable :)
It's weird that Rovo didn't know this when I asked where they all went but anyway, that's what I was looking for: A way to delete and configure tasks manually in the absence of a Rovo Chat ability to do it for me ;)

@Avinoam Weitman great find! You’re correct—scheduled tasks created through Rovo Chat can be found and managed under Rovo Studio → Automation. From there, you can view, edit, disable, or delete the automations. The confusing part is that Rovo Chat may say it can’t manage these schedules without pointing you to Studio, even though that’s where the tasks it created are stored.
