Hi everyone,
I’m exploring how to structure knowledge for Rovo Agents and I have a question about Confluence Cloud Databases.
Are Rovo Agents able to use Database content as part of their knowledge base?
More specifically, does Database data get indexed and made available to the model in the same way as standard Confluence pages, or is an additional step required (e.g., syncing, transforming, or exporting the data) to make it accessible to the agents?
Thanks in advance for any clarification or guidance!
Currently no. Rovo takes only pages as the knowledge base. I would recommend making database into a table then use it as knowledge base.
Note: there isn't a feature that converts database to a table, you would have to do it manually
