Atlassian Rovo does not appear in the ChatGPT Agent Builder app list

We have Atlassian Rovo enabled and approved in our ChatGPT Business workspace, and the Atlassian account connection is working correctly.

However, Atlassian Rovo does not appear in the app list inside ChatGPT Agent Builder, so we are unable to add it to an agent.

What we have already verified:

• Rovo is enabled in the ChatGPT workspace
• Rovo is approved/allowed
• the Atlassian account is connected
• ChatGPT Agent Builder was reloaded
• the editor was closed and reopened

Despite this, Atlassian Rovo still does not appear in the Builder app inventory

Additional detail:

• In the app configuration, we can see options such as "Configure actions" and "Set approvals"
• we do not see a separate setting for "Agents / Agent Builder". Because of this, it is unclear whether Rovo needs to be enabled separately for Agent Builder, or is not yet available for Agent Builder in our workspace

Our questions:

1. Is Atlassian Rovo officially supported in ChatGPT Agent Builder?
2. If yes, does it need to be enabled or approved separately for Agent Builder?
3. If yes, where exactly is that configured?
4. If not, is there a planned rollout or a known limitation?

Standard ChatGPT chat and Agent Builder manage their tool catalogs separately so while Rovo works in normal chat, OpenAI hasn't added it to the native Builder inventory yet.

You can work around this by adding Rovo as a custom MCP server in Agent Builder using Atlassian's endpoint: https://mcp.atlassian.com/v1/mcp/authv2

Since OpenAI controls the Builder catalog, you should reach out to OpenAI Support for timeline details. Just check that ChatGPT is allowed in your Rovo MCP Server settings in Atlassian Admin so the custom connection goes through!
