Came into work this morning to work on my rovo agents and see that it is no longer present on the page. Further investigation revealed that my agents are missing from the development page, and all of the automation rules are failing.

Your issue points directly to a server-side issue with Atlassian Rovo provisioning or service availability.
This is often caused by a temporary disruption in the synchronization of Rovo components. Currently as well in the past 3 days, the 'Atlassian Rovo status is operational' and no outages have been reported.
Please check your connection, refresh browser and check you have needed permissions.
Given your critical issues, the best option is to raise a ticket with Atlassian's support team if issue is still active.
