Since earlier today, we have been receiving this message, "An unknown error occurred" when attempting to ask Rovo any questions, no matter how simple they are.
The Status report shows that the issues with Rovo that happened on March 17th were already resolved, anyone else sees this or know to resolve it?

This is starting to happen to all of the users there. Atlassian will update their status page. Make sure you are following it to be updated: https://rovo.status.atlassian.com/

Thank you for responding. We are following the status page, but there are no errors, and it shows as "no issues." so wondering if it was something on our side.
