TL;DR What is this? Rovo Real Talk is an interactive 60-minute live session designed for admins of Rovo to connect with Atlassian’s AI experts. Join us for a casual, engaging discussion where you can:

  • Get real-time answers to your Rovo questions from Atlassian’s AI experts
  • Watch a quick demo on how to get started with Rovo and use key features
  • Access helpful resources and learn best practices
  • Share feedback to help shape future sessions

Friends, I need your help, please, oh, please. 🙏

If you are a Rovo admin, will you come and share your wisdom in the form of burning questions you and your team are having about Rovo? We're ready for 'em, but we can't do it without the most important part: you! 💙 The panel, you ask? It'll include our team of product experts, such as:

Anywho, here's how it works:

  • Add your questions (and ideas for what you'd like to see next!!) to this thread

  • Be sure to take a look at other community members' questions and up-vote those that you find interesting.

  • We'll respond to all questions until the live session on September 24th. Watch the page and be ready to add follow-up questions and discuss further with other Community members. We'll wrap the event following our final live session time in EMEA, but we will be sure to follow up with answers to any questions we didn't get to.

I've registered, but won't be able to attend live unfortunately. But I'm hoping maybe you can address the Rovo to Zendesk connection. We'd like to configure it to only access Zendesk Guide content, but when the connection is enabled, surprisingly only Zendesk ticket data appears to be indexed and is searchable - exactly the opposite outcome we're wanting. Can we now, or in the future, configure it just to index Guide content?
