Hello, We have two different organisations with two different IDs, and following a consolidation process, the email addresses have been merged. Could we verify the same domain across two different organisations? We wouldn’t have any users in common.
Verifying the same domain across multiple orgs is supported, but make sure you keep all orgs on manual claiming while you sort out which users belong to which organization. Only switch to automatic claiming on your default org once that's done, otherwise you risk users being claimed by the wrong org during your consolidation process.
DNS verification is the method confirmed to work in this multi-org scenario.
