Hi, I am trying to add individual user to be an admin to the space, but her name is not popping up. She does have access to the internal confluence, so I am not sure why her name is not available in the search when trying to add her as an admin?

There could be a few things at play here, but my recommendation is:
make sure the user is enabled and can log into confluence
Check that you can mention the user in other areas of confluence, like @mentions on a page or in a comment. If you can't then contact Atlassian Support, as there might be an issue you can't fix.
