Hi,
Please can anyone tell how long it will take for Atlassian Access renewal.
We already made the payment but under https://my.atlassian.com/ Expiration date is still showing 16 Dec 2023 for Atlassian Access.
Also, what will happen if renewal takes time because the Payment Status is showing "UNDER REVEIW". Will SAML single sign-on stop working?
