Hi,
one of our users has created a Trello account and added a credit card to start a free trial and of-course this user forgot to remove the card. User cannot see any option to remove the card or delete the account as it is managed by our organisation. I cannot remove the user access as we are using Google for our IDP. How do I remove access or just the paid plan? Is this even an option I have everything grayed out when I open her account on Atlassian admin. Is there any option for me to remove her paid plan or anything?
