Support for OneLogin Atlassian Cloud SCIM Delete Users

IT Team
September 25, 2024

Hello Folks,

As of now we have integrated OneLogin with Atlassian Cloud. OneLogin enables user provisioning & deprovisioning through SCIM

However as on 2024-09-26, Atlassian does not provide any SCIM based methods to delete the user in Atlassian Directory when the user gets deleted in the source directory / IDP (identity provider like OneLogin)

The only supported user operations by Atlassian are documented in :  https://support.atlassian.com/provisioning-users/docs/understand-user-provisioning/

The method suggested by the Atlassian support is that to delete the already deactivated account manually through Atlassian Directory.

This is an overhead for all of us managing Atlassian Products. I really think that Atlassian must implement the feature to delete the user account if that user account is deleted in OneLogin or any other IDP.

Anyone else also agrees with me ?
