We are in the process of transitioning to Atlassian products, and have chosen Duo as our SSO identity provider. As part of this transition, we have configured Duo as our identity provider within the Atlassian administration, and have implemented an authentication policy to enforce SSO.
However, we have encountered an issue where managed users are redirected to Duo for authentication, but are unable to log in successfully, as they receive an error message stating "Hmm... We're having trouble logging you in". We are seeking assistance to determine if any necessary steps have been overlooked in this process.
