Migrating user history from one profile to another

Hi there,

I’ve had a good look on the community first but cannot find anything about migrating user history. So, I hope you can help me out. 

For a customer, we’re migrating to Jira Cloud, and we’re having a bit of an issue figuring out how to migrate the user history from one account to another. For example, a customer is now logging in with name@companyname.com, but after the migration he needs to log in with name@companyname.nl. 

Some users may be seen as new users without any history then. However, I’d like to migrate their user history from name@companyname.com to name@companyname.nl.

Is there any way to migrate all user history from one profile to another profile?

Hi Lisa

You can use the tool Data Migration Wizard that helps you migrate the complete history of the ticket with newly create the users.
