Keep getting "Your access has been revoked" on Atlassian Confluence (Cloud)

Hi, has anyone encountered this issue?

I have the administrator access on Atlassian. One day, my colleagues came to me for Atlassian access. I don't recall revoking their access. So I gave them the site access but it only operates a few days/weeks (I'm not sure) until it is revoked again. Why?

Hello @Ravia Xu ,

Your question is that the user's permissions are automatically lost?

This user cannot access the Confluence site, or unable to access a particular space on this site?
