Is Changing URL will lead to problems?

Hello, according to link after changing the URL name the last adress will redirect to the new, will there be any redirect issues in 3rd party service who had been redirecting to our last URL? If you have any documented issues could you please provide them with solutions.

- automation or integration configurations containing hard-coded URLs
