How to link the new atlassian account to my old one where I have other projects I manage?

I have an atlassian Id which I used for personal projects and my startup. But on a new job a new account was created with the company email and for security reasons they would stick to that. I want to be able to easily switch projects without a need to religion, also to be on the mobile.
How can I connect the new one to the old one and use all together as if it was one account with many spaces/projects?
