How to deactivate users (greyed out)

I am trying to deactivate users, but I can't. the Deactivate button is greyed out. How to solve?

You will need to do that from your SSO Provider as it may have been disabled from that end.

You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.

Can you be more specific? We are on Gsuite. I don't have admin access to it, so need to give clear instructions to the person who does.
