How do I grant user "Organization Admin" rights?

How to do the same in the Next Generation Admin Pane, I'm Organization Admin and I can't find out how to grant same role to a colleague which is already site Admin

In order to add other organization admins, please go to admin.atlassian.com and click on the desired organization.

On the left side, click on Settings > Administrators > Add administrators.

If you are seeing something different than that, please send us a screenshot (just make sure to hide sensitive information).
