We used to use Bitbucket but haven't used it for quite some time. There are some users, however, ever after the workspace was deleted, that still have access to bitbucket, therefore we are being charged for that in Atlassian Access even though they don't use the product, and even I as an admin cannot revoke access to Bitbucket. This user only uses Service Management as a customer and shouldn't be billed, I suspect that they accidentally clicked on Bitbucket one day and an account was automatically created for them.
