Conditional Access app control in Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps for Atlassian Cloud

Hey one and all,

We want to get off corporate desktops and are concerned about data leaking if users download, and cut, copy and pate from the browser. Microsoft apparently has a solution and we do use Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 at the moment.

I was hoping that someone has implemented Conditional Access app control in Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps and might be able to:

1. provide some high level steps to implementation the process
2. confirm whether you have to move from an Atlassian supported Entra ID integration app to a generic SAML one
3. confirm if the approach works with custom domains
