We just verified our domain for Atlassian Access.
I got to the "Claim accounts" screen and I wonder if there's a way to claim only selected accounts in this initial step.
I ask because during domain verification I discovered that a lot more people in our company have Atlassian cloud accounts than I imagined. I only want to claim around ten percent of these accounts and don't want to bother the other 90 percent.
So is there a way to claim only selected accounts initially, or do I have to claim all accounts for our domain first and then unclaim all accounts that I don't want to manage?
Thx for your answers in advance.
Hi @Bernd Pörner ,
Once you verify a domain, you confirm that you own the domain, thus any or all accounts from the domain should be owned by you. This is the basis behind verifying a domain.
Now, All users with the claimed domain and consuming any of the Atlassian cloud products are counted against the Atlassian access bill. To prevent unnecessary billing of all users to your organization you may make use of the non-billable policy feature. Refer: What-is-a-non-billable-policy
This means I have only the option to claim every account of this domain, not selected accounts?

A feature/option was added earlier this year that allows selective claiming or accounts, or auto-claiming all accounts in a domain.
You can view/change the settings on your Access Directory > Domains page

Hi @Craig Castle-Mead ,
I've been trying to use this specific feature. However I cannot seem to get the CSV-formatting correct. Is there a template somewhere I can use?

I know this is late for you but might be useful to someone else. All you need is just the email address for the users you want to upload. remove the heading of the column as well and leave only the emails.
