The employee that setup our site who listed as the Org and Site Admin has left the company. I tried to revoke his access but cannnot. How do I remove this user? I read this link and it appears that I need to open a support ticket to remove our only org admin and add another. How do I open a support ticket.

They should be able to change your org admin.
