Cannot claim selective accounts error "Account does not exist"

Hi,

since we can now claim selective accounts and not the entire domain (5k users) i tried to claim only our local affected users (400) to use them with jira,

but i cannot proceed to use managed accounts because the claim process is complaining with error "Account does not exist"

i tried with UserPrincipalName (email login in domain environment)

and i also tried with the email address only, its always the same

from 400 accounts (mail addresses) only 20 are claimed, all other have the error message "Account does not exist"

 

we are in a windows domain environment, we have ADFS and Azure.

i verified the domain, but cannot proceed to the next step since only 5% of our users can be claimed

how to use Atlassian Access with only our local 400 users? how to let Atlassian know, that all the mail addresses in the CSV does really exist?
