Hello team,
I am unable to start the Atlassian Guard 30‑day free trial. Whenever I click “Start free trial”, the system shows the error:“We’re unable to start your trial. We’re not sure what went wrong. Please wait a few minutes and try again.”
Any ideas ? Thanks

Do you currently have other Atlassian product subscriptions active? What type (free, standard, premium, enterprise) of subscriptions are those?
Are you trying to add the app from within your Organization through https://admin.atlassian.com ? If not, from what page are you trying to start the trial?

I may have been unclear.
Do you have subscriptions for other Atlassian apps? For the other apps, not Guard, are the subscriptions Free subscriptions or trials of Standard or Premium subscriptions?
