Since past weekend our team is no longer able to log in into our Opsgenie subscription.

Probably a payment issue, but without logging in we cannot change the credit card.

 

I have spent already a day searching how to contact Atlassian about this, without any luck (as Opsgenie is an product on it's way out).

 

We have contractual obligations towards our clients who should be able to contact us through Opsgenie for support, so this is quite urgent and problematic.

 

I have created a ticket https://support.atlassian.com/requests/CA-3814673/ but there is still no reaction after 48 hours.

 

Are there other venues I can check out to get this resolved?

Hi Pieter, 

I hope this post finds you well!  If this is payment related issue the CA team ticket you have created is the best avenue.  I took a look at the ticket and it does appear that it has been resolved now.  

Can you confirm that this is has been resolved?  If not I can try to follow up internally for you if there are still outstanding questions if needed.
