I have subscribed with Free plan and see Armenian number voice notification option is not available for my plan.

I am curious how much it cost Armenian phone number option for voice notification?

Voice notification are not included with the Free plan. They are only included with paid subscriptions, and you can view pricing on each here: https://www.atlassian.com/software/opsgenie/pricing
