how do I get a page on an africian phone # in OPsGenie if I live in Canada?

I'm going to Burundi for 2 months this summer but one month I will be on call, I currently live in Canada and would like to get voice calls from opsgenie on a phone # from there.  Is it possible?  I know sms works.  Just need to see if there is a way around the long distance charges with using a Canadian number.

At this time we do not support calls to Burundi numbers as per this documentation: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/docs/supported-countries-for-sending-sms-and-voice-calls/ 

Different options for you are using Email or Opsgenie App notifications instead.
