hello I'm using Jira server.

but my Idea is the dom from jira is ltr but I want it rtl. I did that by my Addon but once reload the page the dom from jira is ltr by default and then my js code run then becomes rtl.
by question is how can I make it directly without showing the element ltr and then rtl.
I want it like directly rtl. 
can I do that ?

welcome to the Atlassian community!

Javascript works at client side so your transformation happens whan js is executed. You can try to reduce time but you can't avoid it at 100%.
