dynatrace notification integration with opsgenie

We have checked the documentation for dynatrace  integration with opsgenie  but we unable find the option (OpsGenie region domain) .

pls guide us if anyone knows

Hi @shubham patil ,

I believe just below the Opsgenie region domain explains which option you should use depending on whether your Opsgenie is a US or EU instance:

But are you following our documentation to configure a webhook within Dynatrace? The image you shared compared to our documentation's looks different in the sense yours shows:

Settings >> Problem notifications

while our documentation shows at one point:

Settings >> Integration >> Problem notifications >> Set up notifications >> Custom integration
