alert notes enforcement

I want to make sure that positive control is maintained on alerts after acknowledgement.  Too many times I'm unable to tell if a play has been executed against an alert or it's the case that the engineer has acknowledged and become distracted.

I want to

(a) make alert notes mandatory before the alert can be closed

(b) AND/OR run queries to identify un-noted alerts.

I have tried dynamic fields, but couldn't make anything work.

Hi @Nic.Zanelli - Opsgenie doesn't have the option to enforce a note to be added before allowing the alert to be closed, nor is it currently possible to query for alerts with or without notes.

We do have feature requests for both of these options though, so hopefully they will be added to the roadmap in the future!
