Why we are not able to add stakeholder in Opsgenie even though we have premium JSM license and user is already having a JSM account ?

Hey John,

If your JSM and Opsgenie is merged you may add the Stakeholders using the method mentioned here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/how-can-i-add-and-manage-internal-stakeholders/

If they are un-merged then the Stakeholders should automatically be added as mentioned here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-service-management-cloud/docs/how-the-opsgenie-stakeholder-role-works-in-unmerged-accounts/

However, if you are still unable to add Stakeholders feel free to open up a ticket to us here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/ so we can access your account and further investigate any abnormalities on your end.
