Hello,
For years we have been generating alerts from Solarwinds using https posts using https://api.opsgenie.com/v1/json/solarwinds.
Yesterday, we noticed that the alerts are no longer being created in OpsGenie. I made sure Solarwinds integration is turned on, and API key is correct. OpsGenie Debug logs show messages are received, but are being skipped due to "no matching actions found"
Was something recently changed with OpsGenie that would explain this?
Is there any workaround/solution suggests I can try?
Thank you.
I opened a support ticket today. They confirmed that other customers have opened tickets for this as well. Something has changed, and they are no longer accepting their special escape characters in their create and close message body. The suggested fix was to update the message body, replacing µ#µ with = and §#§ with &. I confirmed this does work, but we have 140 actions that would need updated. I requested that they check with their engineers and see if they can rollback the change they made.
Support said a global resolution was going to take some time. We went ahead and changed all our Solarwinds alerts to get us back up and running.

We're having the same issue. It looks like the way Opsgenie started parsing data since July 8~ onwards from a Solarwinds NPM integration has changed.
