Pause Opsgenie alerts during planned maintenance work

Hi,

I would like to find out how I can pause Opsgenie notifications when we carry out some maintenance works (so alerts are expected).

For instance if I would like to pause Opsgenie alerts tonight between 22:00 - 23:00

Hi @Tomasz Bis ,

Most customers pause alert notifications during a maintenance period with a combination of a Notification policy + Maintenance policy. Note - policies are only included on standalone Opsgenie Standard and Enterprise plans, or JSM-OG Premium and Enterprise plans

Both of these policies can be configured under the team receiving the alerts. The notification policy will manage delaying / suppressing notifications, while the maintenance policy will manage enabling the notification policy during the scheduled window.
