We had planned to implement Opsgenie for incident management. However, we've recently learned that Atlassian is discontinuing the service.
Could you please provide more information or direct us to official communications regarding this change?
We have not yet started using Opsgenie and are seeking guidance on the next steps to use on JSM or Compass.
