Hi there @Prabhat Nayak if you place your mouse over the alert from the Opsgenie alerts dashboard, the details of the alert do not appear. However, if you hover your mouse over the right side of the alert, action buttons such as acknowledge, snooze, assign appear.
To see alert details one must click in to the alert.
