We are experiencing significant delays in the alerts.
There is a considerable time gap between when we press "ack" or "snooze" and when the alert responds.
Previously, this issue did not exist.

I'm Scot, the senior support engineer from the APAC Opsgenie Support team.
Mate, we had an incident on the weekend where the alert search functionality experienced degraded performance and this caused delays in the population and rendering of the Alert view in Opsgenie. This is detailed in this incident here: https://opsgenie.status.atlassian.com/incidents/h9x2mlbj7k9t
We invite all our customers to review the Opsgenie Statuspage for information should they experience any issues/delays with functionality, as this is our notification path for incidents with our Opsgenie Product.
