Opsgenie / Zoom Integration throwing 404's

When creating a Zoom conference call from Opsgenie (via Zoom integration), the creator of the Zoom call from the Incident details page is able to open the Zoom call / link without any issues.

The ICC link provided in the Slack channel created within Opsgenie throws a "error-page/404" when responders try to access the Zoom call.

Is this a known issue?

Thanks for sharing this information. I just tested as well and also got the same 404 error.

I'll enter a ticket with engineering to see if this is expected behavior, or an issue they can review.
