Hello,

I want to know if is possible to disable Quiet Hours (configured under my profile in Opsgenie) when I am on on-call?

Do I have to disable it manually?

Thanks,

Hello David,

Thank you for contacting Opsgenie Community!

Basically, Quiet Hours allows you to define a scheduled time period when you don't want to receive notifications. Therefore, they need to be enabled manually when you are on-call.

Hope my answer was helpful,

Let us know if anything else is needed, would be more than happy to help!

Best regards,

Hi David,

Thanks for contacting with Opsgenie. Since Quiet Hours shows the time-frame that you do not want to be notified, they can be disabled manually for taking notifications while you are on-call.

Feel free to reach us, if you will have further questions :)
