Opsgenie Eleastic X-pack set priority

Hay All

I am just getting started with opsgenie and i am trying, to get the watcher xpack in elastic to set the priority of the alert.

But i cant see how to do it.

any advise

I have tired to add priority in most places in the payload section, but no luck its like opsgenie is ignoring it

Thank you for contacting Opsgenie Community!

Sorry for the delay getting back to you. At this point, API endpoint based integrations don't support the custom priority mapping feature. We have a ticket open right now to update the interface so that the option isn't there, since it's understandably confusing to see in the drop-down.

Therefore, we would recommend you to define different create alert rules under X-Pack Alerting integration and define filters for each of these create alert rules, in which conditions alerts should be raised in different priorities.

For example, if "Total Hits" contains/equals "XX", then create an alert with P1/2/3/4/5 priority.
