Hi @Lee Thiam Seng ,

May I know what happens when you're trying to log in to the Opsgenie Android app?

Is there any MDM restriction software from your organisation that needs to be installed on your Android device before allowing logging into the Opsgenie app?

May I know the Opsgenie instance name and the user email with which you're trying to login?
