OpsGenie domain ownership

Hi,

Our org started using JIRA service management recently and now trying to use OpsGenie as well. The domain name for OpsGenie is already claimed and we are able to use it. But no one seems to know who claimed it or has access to the OpsGenie admin portal, not even the original admin who signed up for JIRA.

Should they be the same admin? If not, how can we find it out. Thank you.

Hi @Zekai Huang ,

You may want to open a ticket with our support team here: https://support.atlassian.com/opsgenie/

Not sure if this is an Opsgenie or JSM query, but we can review the ticket and transfer it if needed.

Thanks @Zekai Huang . We'll look into that. In the meantime, I removed the ticket number and link in your last response.

I can confirm it has been received. Someone will reach out soon.
